SafetyNet - SafetyNet maintenance services give customers access to S3 Technology Group’s CSC for remote technical support, problem diagnosis and isolation, as well as the dispatch of a replacement part if necessary for problem resolution. Onsite Field Engineer - S3 Technology Group’s Onsite Engineer service provides remote technical support from S3 Technology Group’s CSC and dispatch of a field technician to your location if necessary to resolve the problem.
Depending upon your needs you can choose from 2-hour (where available), 4-hour, or next business day response times. Additionally, S3 Technology Group gives you the flexibility to choose from 24x7 or 8x5 coverage by location.
